The weighted average closing price of CITIC Telecom Shares immediately before the dates on which the options were exercised was HK$2.80. 2. These are in respect of options granted to some employees under continuous contracts who have subsequently resigned. Such options have lapsed during the six months ended 30 June 2020. CITIC Resources Holdings Limited (“CITIC Resources”) The share option scheme adopted by CITIC Resources on 30 June 2004 (the “Old Scheme”) for a term of 10 years expired on 29 June 2014. The share options granted under the Old Scheme have been lapsed. To enable CITIC Resources to continue to grant share options as an incentive or reward to eligible persons, a new share option scheme was adopted by CITIC Resources on 27 June 2014 (the “New Scheme”). No share option has been granted under the New Scheme during the six months ended 30 June 2020. Directors’ Interests in Securities As at 30 June 2020, none of the directors of CITIC Limited had nor were they taken or deemed to have, under Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (“SFO”), any interests or short positions in the shares, underlying shares and debentures of CITIC Limited or any of its associated corporations (within the meaning of Part XV of the SFO) as recorded in the register required to be kept by CITIC Limited pursuant to section 352 of the SFO or as otherwise notified to CITIC Limited and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange pursuant to the Model Code for Securities Transactions by Directors of Listed Companies as set out in the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (the “Listing Rules”).
